Provincial Constable David Mounsey
The Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund is dedicated to:
  • Promoting the dedication to community that was exemplified by Dave Mounsey, in his work and in his life.
  • Remembering and honouring the fallen Law Enforcement, Fire, Paramedic and Military members who have made the ultimate sacrifice, in service to their communities.
  • To donate and to promote the use and widespread availability of life-saving defibrillators.

  To build a long-lasting and successful organization of Law Enforcement, Fire, Paramedics, Military and civilian members, who are dedicated to the purpose and support of Dave's vision and efforts.

  On Sunday the 13th of May 2012, the Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund donated its 15th defibrillator in the name of Constable Robert Plunkett #446, York Regional Police; killed in the line of duty on August 2nd, 2007.

  The Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund is proud to present 'Ava's Heart' an ongoing program of education and donation to donate defibrillators into schools and churches in the name of our fallen brothers and sisters.
