Participants that enrol in the RaceRoster refund program will be refunded if they are unable to attend due to a variety of unforeseen circumstances, such as: injury, illness, mechanical breakdown, severe weather. Participants that choose not to enrol in the refund program and can not attend regardless of circumstances, their registration fee will be non-refundable from DMMF.
We’re sorry, but no late registrations will be accepted after MAY 2nd. This deadline is in place to help ensure a smooth and successful event for all volunteers and registered participants.
Included in your registration fee: a commemorative event towel and a selection of fun surprise swag items. You’ll also be automatically entered into our exciting door prize giveaways and our grand bike draw. We love mixing things up each year, so our swag is always fresh, unique, and a little unexpected!
