Breaking The Silence Donation Program

PTSD Memorial Donation Program

The Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund has begun its donation program to honour those Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS and Military members who were killed by suicide in the line of duty. Our Breaking The Silence program was created by initial Board Member Detective Constable Paul Dobos and on October 19th 2014, the first donation was made in the name of Sergeant Douglas Marshall.
