 Cherished husband of Peggy, loving father of Mike Duncan and Dena and Shawn Norton. Proud and loving Pa of grandchildren Cameron and Luke Norton and Katelyn Duncan. Predeceased by parents John and Georgina Duncan and sister Mary Frederick. Dear brother in law of Arlene and Bill Telfer, Russell and Judy Ellery, Doug and Sylvia Ellery and Frank and Beth Ellery. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Jack retired as a Platoon Chief from the London Fire Department after 35 years of service.
